Lucas’ apartment is filled with light and warmth. The ceilings are high, his furniture is expensive and beautiful, but it’s lived in which I loved. Ambient music played and we didn’t talk much while I photographed. I became familiar with the walls, floors and artwork. Each had their own part to play.
